💚 Wednesday 23rd September
We can’t wait to welcome you to our Macmillan Coffee Morning, led by our fantastic Year 6 children! 🌟
⏰ Session times:
• 9.15am–10.00am
• 10.10am–10.55am
🚪 Entrance: Please enter and leave via the Service Road/Year 1 gate. Year 6 children and staff will be there to welcome you.
👉 Attending the second session? Please wait in the service road until you are welcomed in, while we reset after Session 1.
📱 Please check Arbor before you arrive so you know your child’s class – our Year 6 helpers won’t know which class your child is in.
☕ Tea & coffee will be provided by our Friends Association.
💷 Cash donations are preferred, as the QR codes/school signal can sometimes be unreliable.
🍰 Suggested donation: £1 per cake – but any donation is very gratefully received!
